The Board of Directors are elected to run the affairs of the organization. They spearhead various community events inclusive of the celebration of Saint Lucia’s Independence Anniversary and Jounen Kweyole. They provide a forum for the presentation of innovative ideas to the benefit of the Saint Lucian community in the Diaspora. Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is appointed to provide mentorship and guidance to the organization. They Provide oversight and accountability for projects, programs, and services offered by the foundation. The Advisory Board serves as advocates, facilitate access to policy makers, and help shape public policy that benefits the organization. They provide a means for involving people who are willing to give critical assistance but have limited time (e.g., public officials, celebrities, influential businesspersons, or individuals with access to potential donors). They serve as ambassadors for the organization to the community and they are required to evaluate the performance of the organization as a whole.
